A little about us...
Kate & Lewis, co founders of Country City Catering, both grew up in the English countryside and were blessed with farming backgrounds. They have both experienced first class training within the culinary world.
Kate attended catering college, completing a prestigeous apprenticeship course under the Royal Academy Of Culinary Arts. She spent three years at the Dorchester Hotel in London as part of her apprenticeship.
After attending Catering College and achieving his NVQ awards, Lewis started his career at Newick Park, a three rosette country house hotel.
They both moved on to work at the one Michelin star restaurant, Trinity; both learning valuable technical yet classical skills. From here they developed both a personal and professional relationship and inspired by their heritage, they launched Country City Catering.
